Ken Schetroma, a Southern Columbia graduate and now a teacher at Shamokin Area, will again join our sports staff in providing live "digital" football coverage each week, starting with tonight's season openers. For the opening week, Schetroma will be covering the first ever meeting between Shamokin Area and Line Mountain at Kemp Memorial Stadium.
Schetroma was on the state championship team for the Tigers during his sophomore year in 2006. He also played football for four years at Susquehanna University, graduating in 2013 with a degree in elementary education.
