The Red Tornadoes jumped out to a 38-26 lead at half and cruised from there on the way to improving to 6-1 on the season.
Ali Varano added 11 points for Mount Carmel.

ANNVILLE - Elijah Duran and Ben Scicchitano each scored 10 points for Mount Carmel, but the Red Tornadoes lost to Mahanoy Area in the fourth annual Rhoades Foundation Classic at Lebanon Valley College.
Larry McNeil led all scorers with 20 points, including five 3-pointers, for Mahanoy Area.
Mount Carmel held an 11-5 lead after the first quarter, but was outscored in each of the last three quarters.

Blake Marks scored three pins and a major decision to improve to 11-0 overall this season. Jake Becker also added four wins to his season total with three pins and a decision, while Kent Lane and Brett Shepard also went undefeated for the day.
