COAL TOWNSHIP - Shamokin and Mount Carmel's girls each went 1-2 in a quadrangular meet at Shamokin. Mount Carmel nipped Shamokin, 29-30 and lost to Selinstrove, 18-41, and Shikellamy 27-28. Selinsgrove beat Shamokin, 15-44, but the Indians beat Shikellamy, 23-35.
Shikellamy's Treicy Cedeno was the individual winner. Mount Carmel's Lauren Hause was sixth.

COAL TOWNSHIP - Justin Skavery finished first in 17 minutes, 19.13 seconds, and teammates Nathaniel Bartos were fourth and fifth, respectively, as the Red Tornadoes went 2-1 in a quadrangular meet at Shamokin. Mount Carmel beat Shamokin, 21-34, and Shikellamy, 27-30, but lost to Selinsgrove, 26-31. Shamokin lost to Selinsgrove, 21-38, and to Shikellamy, 24-34.
Shamokin's Josh Scheuren was sixth overall.
